Returns Policy

Return Period

Our return policy extends for 30 days from the date of delivery. After this period has elapsed, we regret that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns on products shipped by Orvalino under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached
  • Products must be returned with the original packaging and proof of purchase
  • Items must be free from any signs of wear, damage, or alterations

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-tailored or altered garments
  • Intimate accessories such as pocket squares, ties, and socks (for hygiene reasons)
  • Items marked as "Final Sale"
  • Gift cards

Return Process

  2. You will receive a return authorization number and shipping instructions
  3. Package your item securely with all original tags and documentation
  4. Ship the item to our Montreal location:

Refund Process

Once we receive your return:

  • Our team will inspect the item within 2 business days
  • You will receive an email confirming the status of your return
  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Refund Details

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
  • Items on sale or purchased with promotional discounts will be refunded at the price paid

Exchanges

For size or style exchanges:

  • Contact our customer service team to verify availability of desired item
  • Follow the same return process as outlined above
  • Indicate your exchange preference in your return request
  • Once your return is received, we will process the exchange if the requested item is in stock

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or incorrect item
  • We will cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items
  • A replacement will be shipped once we receive the returned item
